Frequently asked questions
Not sure what size bin you’ll need for your rental? How does the dumpster rental process work? Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you still need help, we are happy to assist you.
What is your service area?
We offer dumpster bin rental for businesses and residents in Newmarket, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Barrie, Aurora, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Georgina, Bradford-West Gwillimbury, East Gwillimbury, King City, Innisfil, and surrounding areas.
What waste material is allowed in the dumpster bin?
Non-hazardous materials are allowed such as concrete, construction, demolition or renovation debris (roofing, siding, drywall), yard trimmings, green waste, household junk, appliances, furniture, scrap metal, dirt, sod, rocks, gravel, cement, and any other odds and ends.
What waste material is not allowed in the dumpster bin?
Hazardous materials such as chemicals, gasoline, oils, solvents, car batteries, asbestos, propane tanks, or any type of toxic or biological waste are not allowed.
What size bin should I rent?
This will depend on the size of your project. We have 8, 10, 14, and 20-yard bins available and can advise on the best fit for your needs.
How much can I put into the trash bin?
We ask that you load your materials only to the top of the wall edge. If overloading occurs, additional charges may be applied, as per our rental contract. If materials are loaded to an unsafe level, the bin will be unloaded accordingly to ensure safety.
How much does dumpster bin rental cost?
Rental cost is dependent on location and bin size. Typically, the price is based on the amount of junk, type of materials to be removed, driving distance, and the volume and weight of material as determined by the appropriate transfer station.
What forms of payment are accepted?
VISA, MasterCard, Cash, Debit, and American Express.
How soon can a dumpster be delivered?
Same day! We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and can reserve a bin for a specific date, within a reasonable time frame.
Should I be home for delivery?
No, but we do need delivery instructions.
Can I move the bin?
No. Any damage, beyond normal wear and tear, will be the responsibility of the client. We can move the bin if needed, but a service charge will apply.
What happens if I need the bin longer than stated in the contract?
Please call us. We charge $10 plus additional fees per day if you need it longer. You must inform us when the bin is ready to be collected. We do not pick up the bin automatically on day 4.
Can I have the bin for less than 4 days?
Yes. We can even pick up the same day it was delivered if requested.
Can the bin be placed on the road?
No. The homeowner must get a permit from the town beforehand. Download a Road Occupancy Permit for Simcoe County.

We used this company in December and they were great. Upfront and fair pricing. No additional charge to our somewhat more remote area either which was nice.

Fantastic service, great price! They brought the bin within the day I asked for it, and took it the same day I asked them to remove it. They placed the bin very nicely in my driveway.
