Frequently asked questions

Not sure what size bin you’ll need for your rental? How does the dumpster rental process work? Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you still need help, we are happy to assist you.

We offer dumpster bin rental for businesses and residents in Newmarket, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Barrie, Aurora, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Georgina, Bradford-West Gwillimbury, East Gwillimbury, King City, Innisfil, and surrounding areas.

Non-hazardous materials are allowed such as concrete, construction, demolition or renovation debris (roofing, siding, drywall), yard trimmings, green waste, household junk, appliances, furniture, scrap metal, dirt, sod, rocks, gravel, cement, and any other odds and ends.

Hazardous materials such as chemicals, gasoline, oils, solvents, car batteries, asbestos, propane tanks, or any type of toxic or biological waste are not allowed.

This will depend on the size of your project. We have 8, 10, 14, and 20-yard bins available and can advise on the best fit for your needs.

We ask that you load your materials only to the top of the wall edge. If overloading occurs, additional charges may be applied, as per our rental contract. If materials are loaded to an unsafe level, the bin will be unloaded accordingly to ensure safety.

Rental cost is dependent on location and bin size. Typically, the price is based on the amount of junk, type of materials to be removed, driving distance, and the volume and weight of material as determined by the appropriate transfer station.
